Welcome to Fortias Saga! By downloading, accessing, or using our game, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not download or use the game.
 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fortias Saga, you confirm that you are at least 12 years old (or the age of majority in Vietnam) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the game on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
 

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
 

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Fortias Saga for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use Fortias Saga in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You specifically agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupts the game or servers.
• Create multiple accounts for any purpose, including cheating or exploiting the game.
   

5. In-App Purchases

Fortias Saga may include in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account.
• Prices may change, and we may offer promotional pricing.
• Prohibition on real money trading (RMT) and trading between players on secondary markets.

6.1 Game Content

All content within Fortias Saga, including graphics, text, and audio, is owned by Ondi Technology Joint Stock Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6.2 User-Generated Content

If you create or submit any content (e.g., feedback, comments), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content.
 

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fortias Saga at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the game.
 

8. Disclaimers

Fortias Saga is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ondi Technology Joint Stock Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Fortias Saga.
 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ondi Technology Joint Stock Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the game or violation of these Terms.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Vietnam.
 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
